Course Description

Coaching for Excellence is designed to give managers, supervisors, and team leaders the skills they need to analyze employees performance and assisting them in their efforts to improve. Upon completion of the class, participants will be able to identify coaching and problem-solving solutions, effectively apply coaching and problem-solving skills regardless of whom you're working with, and help employees translate development needs into action plans.
